Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will give you absolute command over your mailboxes and mailing lists. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can create a brand new mailbox in no time and administer its settings easily. Moreover, you can redirect e-mail messages from one e-mail box to another, finetune email filters, create autoresponders and shield your mail accounts against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mail box accounts against junk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited electronic mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a given e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming email messages according to specific rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and select the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Simply select the electronic mail account you wish to redirect e-mail messages from, then specify the target email box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choosing to access your mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you would like to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of the rest.
